We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use our website and which OEM references or guides create interest.

What may be measured

With your consent, analytics may record the approximate country or city, date and time, device type, language, traffic source, pages visited, buttons clicked, OEM references searched, whether a reference was found, and whether a quotation action was selected.

Session recordings

When Microsoft Clarity is enabled and consent is given, it may create an anonymous visual reconstruction of navigation, clicks and scrolling. Sensitive form inputs are intended to remain masked. We do not use recordings to obtain passwords, payment data or private communications.

What this does not identify

Anonymous analytics normally does not tell us the visitor’s real name or company. A visitor becomes identifiable only when they voluntarily provide contact details through a form, email or WhatsApp.

OEM market information

OEM searches may be analyzed in aggregate to understand market demand by country and improve the reference library. Search information must not be treated as proof of compatibility, availability or purchase intent.

Commercial and technical disclaimer

Every order may require different documents, Incoterms, customs procedures and technical checks. Requirements vary according to the buyer, country, product, shipment value, transport mode and commercial agreement. Compatibility, availability, price and delivery terms must be confirmed before ordering.
